Piedmont Athens Regional Outpatient Surgery Center

A 10,729 SF multi-phase renovation designed to restore and enhance operations within an active outpatient surgery center. The project included upgrades to six operating rooms, installation of new surgical lighting and finishes, and improvements to sterile processing areas to support modern clinical standards. Mechanical and electrical upgrades included new air handling systems, ductwork, and power connections, all coordinated within a live healthcare environment to maintain uninterrupted operations. The result is an upgraded surgical facility that improves performance, reliability, and patient care while maintaining continuity throughout construction.
