A complex 11,914 SF renovation converting an existing restaurant facility into a fully functional orthopedic office and surgery center. The transformation required complete interior demolition, structural corrections, and installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems to support clinical operations. The facility includes exam rooms, imaging, pre- and post-operative spaces, and operating rooms, along with major infrastructure upgrades such as a generator, fire protection systems, and new elevator access. The result is a fully modernized medical facility that repurposes an existing structure into a high-performing surgical environment.
