North Macon Plaza

A 160,000 SF retail development spanning approximately 19 acres, designed to support a diverse mix of national and regional tenants. The project brought together major retailers including Marshalls, HomeGoods, Michael's, Old Navy, Bealls, and multiple restaurant and service tenants, requiring coordinated delivery across multiple tenant spaces and site infrastructure. Managing a development of this scale required disciplined scheduling, coordination of tenant build-outs, and alignment with owner expectations to maintain momentum across the full project. The result is a high-traffic retail destination that supports economic growth and serves as a key commercial hub for the Macon community.
