Maury Regional Health Park

A 60,000 SF ground-up outpatient facility designed to bring a wide range of clinical services together under one roof. As one of the region’s trusted medical building contractors, Pellicano Construction coordinated the integration of imaging, pharmacy, therapy, sleep center, oncology and infusion, primary care, orthopedics, and cardiology services—creating a centralized destination for patient care. Delivered through a design-build approach, the project included full site development, core and shell construction, and phased interior build-out, with ongoing coordination to advance upper floor development. The result is a comprehensive outpatient facility that expands access to care while supporting operational efficiency and long-term growth for the health system.
