A 35,000 SF automotive dealership designed to deliver a fully integrated sales and service experience, including conditioned service areas and customer-focused amenities. The facility includes 17 service bays, six wash bays, a 6,000 SF showroom, and enhanced customer spaces such as a lounge, refreshment bar, and children's play area—all designed to improve both operational flow and customer experience. The project also incorporated energy-conscious features, including rooftop solar panels and LED lighting, while accommodating over 400 vehicles on site. The result is a modern dealership environment that supports both efficiency and long-term sustainability for the owner.
