Brighten Park Shopping Complex

A 138,000 SF multi-use retail center renovation located within the high-traffic North Druid Hills corridor of Atlanta. The project included a full façade renovation, addition of The Fresh Market, and targeted site improvements—all executed while maintaining operations for 42 existing tenants. Completed in just 10 months, the work required careful coordination in an active retail environment, balancing construction progress with tenant access, customer flow, and daily operations.
