BMW of Macon

A renovation and 4,690 SF expansion of BMW of Macon for Butler Automotive Group, bringing the dealership’s total footprint to 30,090 SF. The expansion included a 3,400 SF service addition and a 1,290 SF parts and tool storage addition constructed with pre-engineered metal framing, structural steel, and masonry. Exterior improvements included new glass curtain-wall assemblies, a redesigned entrance canopy, and updated finishes, while interior renovations refreshed the showroom, reception area, customer lounge, sales and service-advisor spaces, restrooms, and a dedicated new-vehicle delivery area. The service department was also upgraded with additional vehicle lifts, an alignment area, high-speed doors, and expanded support infrastructure. Additional improvements included HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, electric-vehicle charging stations, and associated paving and sidewalk work, resulting in a more modern dealership environment with expanded service capacity and an enhanced customer experience.
