A 20,000 SF automotive dealership designed to support both showroom operations and service functions for a growing market presence. The facility includes a balanced layout of 10,000 SF of showroom and office space and 10,000 SF dedicated to service and parts operations, requiring coordination with vendor standards and operational needs. Working under a GMP/Fixed Fee agreement, the team collaborated closely with ownership and vendors to identify cost-saving opportunities, ultimately delivering additional value while maintaining schedule. The project was completed in eight months, resulting in a high-performing dealership that met expectations in cost, quality, and execution.
