A 4,319 SF interior buildout transforming an existing retail space into a full-service restaurant designed to reflect the owner's vision. Working in a design-build capacity, the project required upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support commercial kitchen operations, bar service, and enhanced life safety requirements. The team also addressed acoustical and insulation improvements to create a comfortable and functional dining environment while maintaining alignment with the owner's concept. The result is a successful local restaurant that brings new energy to the space and reflects the owner's vision for both atmosphere and operation.
