A 31,974 SF interior renovation transforming the existing Labor & Delivery unit into a modernized Mother + Baby environment, supported by major mechanical infrastructure upgrades. The project required the full relocation of the Women's Care Service Line within an active hospital, demanding close collaboration with clinical leadership to improve patient care, staff workflow, and overall service delivery. Executed in occupied patient care areas, the work involved simultaneous phasing, upgrades to both central and decentralized mechanical systems, and careful coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
