Pellicano Construction completed the 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility for John Deere Flint Power System Engine Distributors. We contracted with the owner under a design/build cost plus a fee with a GMP agreement. This project includes 5,000 square feet of interior office build out which includes a conference room, offices, and an employee locker room. The interior offices were constructed of storefront glass and drywall partitions. The manufacturing facility is 55,000 square feet and includes two overhead cranes and one jib crane system. The front entrance system is a structural curtain wall and is the focal point of the entire facility. The project was completed in six months.
