The new Schnitzer Steel Facility is located in Macon, GA and was built to serve as a New Advanced Aluminum Separation Facility.
The new facility is comprised of 32,000 Square Feet. The project scope involved a pre-engineered metal building with thickened concrete slabs, poured in place concrete push walls , electrical for all new equipment and machinery, rail spurs to the building, and extensive amounts of sitework.
