The new 100,000 square foot facility located in Macon, GA was built for ShuBee, a supplier of shoe covers and safety products. The building included 20,000 square feet of finished office space with 80,000 square feet of warehouse area for distribution.
The building was constructed with a pre-engineered metal building and included sale offices, a large breakroom with kitchen for staff, loading docks, exterior sitework, and Landscaping.
