Pellicano Construction constructed this one story building made up of 20,000 square for the automotive dealership, BMW of Albany. Pellicano contracted with the owner under a GMP/Fixed Fee agreement. The project consisted of 10,000 square feet of showroom and office spaces along with 10,000 square feet of dedicated space for the service department and parts storage. Pellicano, in working closely with the owners vendors, was able to save the owner $20,000 on the overall project.
