About Pat Etheridge, CHC

He graduated from Auburn University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Pat’s Construction experience began in 1985 when he started as a laborer working on a paper mill rebuild project. During Pat’s time at Auburn, he worked as a form carpenter, as a cooperative education student in project management and estimating, and as a detailer/estimator for a precast concrete fabricator. After graduation he worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent on Federal Job Order Contract Projects, and School Projects. Since 1995, Pat has concentrated on Healthcare Construction Projects including Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Medical Equipment Installations/Replacements, and Doctor’s Offices. In 2009 Pat joined the Pellicano Construction Team as Director of Healthcare Construction. His responsibilities include leadership for Pellicano’s healthcare construction group, Project Management, Estimating, Design and Planning. Pat is also tasked with maintaining existing Client Relationships and developing new repeat customers in the Healthcare Construction Market. His skills include computer aided drafting, working with both 2D and 3D (BIM) designs. Pat has received recognition as a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), he is an active member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), Georgia Society for Healthcare Engineers (GASHE), Georgia Society for Hospital Engineers (GSHE), and the American Hospital Association (AHA). Pat and his wife Jahnette have two children Chase and Zachary. They reside on a small farm in Baker County. When away from work, Pat enjoys hunting, archery, tinkering on the farm, and running.
